In club tournament April 23rd

Osu A great number of you have signed up on smooth comp ,thank you. However there are still some of you that have not, please take care of this, it will make our job a lot easier. As well as signing up for smooth comp please make sure to register for our in house tournament on April 23rd, we need to test the system to make sure it is working for the Canadian Championships on May 31. As well you all  need to purchase a groin protector for the Canadians so please do so, sport check has excellent ones that come in a boxer short style.It is a good idea to have your groin protector for all classes to avoid injury , We can purchase women’s protectors from our martial art suppliers, let me know if you need help. The Stapletons sausage fund raiser is finished on April 15th,please participate, the funds raised will be used to supplement your registration fee’s for the Canadians
